DELIVERY TIMES

The cut off time is 2 PM (time in australia) Monday through Friday to place your order so that we can deliver as per the delivery details given below:

  • Next business day delivery to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide & Major Metropolitan Cities.
  • Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania can sometimes take an extra day.
  • 1-2 business days to Regional Queensland
  • 2 business days Canberra & Regional New South Wales
  • 2 business days Melbourne; 3 days regional Victoria
  • 3 business days Adelaide; 4 days Regional South Australia
  • 5 business days Perth, Darwin, Hobart, 6-7 days for respective Regional Areas Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania
  • If we receive the order after that, we will process it the next business day and inform you about it.
  • Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
  • We deliver only the finest quality of gift and gift baskets through best local agent of australia.
  • If the recipient cannot be reached, we will leave your order with a neighbour.
  • Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.

Substitution Policy

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

  • If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
  • If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
  • Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
  • Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.
Refund Policy

Refund Policy:
