That click will take you to a page where you can type in your Name, Country, email address (which will not be displayed), and a heading. Now you are all set to type in your gift idea and thus share it with others.

  • How do I look for specific items suitable for specific occasions?
  • You may use the two scroll-down buttons on the top left of every page for selecting the country and the occasion (such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc.). If you want to look for specific products you may use the Search box on the right top of every page.

  • Do I need to login in order to send gifts from your site?
  • You don't need to login. Registered users select the login and checkout option. Other users may select the checkout without login option. However, we would suggest you to create an account with us as there are occasional special offers for our Registered Users.

  • I live in the United States. Can I send gifts to other countries?
  • Yes, presently we cater to four countries. The drop-down box on the top left of our web pages lists the countries we cater to.

Shipping Policy

  • We will deliver your order on the Next day if we receive it by 2PM (time in Philippines) Monday through Friday and 10 AM (time in Philippines) on Saturday.
  • If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
  • Exceptions to Next Day Delivery:Delivery is NOT AVAILABLE on Mondays for Provincial Destinations.
  • We deliver only the finest quality of gifts/flowers through the best local supplier of Philippines.
  • Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
  • The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

  • If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
  • If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
  • Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
