That click will take you to a page where you can type in your Name, Country, email address (which will not be displayed), and a heading. Now you are all set to type in your gift idea and thus share it with others.
Yes, we have gifts that are appropriate for many occasions. On the top left of every page, there are scroll-down boxes using which you can select countries and occasions.
You have three options. You may either use a credit card - Mastercard, Visa, or American Express - or Google Checkout, or pay pal.
As soon as we ascertain the facts, we will replace your order or refund your money.
Shipping Policy
- 1. We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 2PM Monday through Friday and 12 Noon on Saturday.
- 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about it.
- 3. We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through the best local florists.
- 4. Your credit card will be charged only after the order is delivered successfully.

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Return Policy
GiftnIdeas will gladly replace a gift or refund the credit card used for your purchase within 30 days after you receive your merchandise. The amount refunded is the item price and any applicable sales tax. The shipping fee is not refunded.
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact Customer service to obtain an Item Return Number (IRN). You can do this by emailing us or by calling us. If you are requesting an IRN number by email, list the item to be returned, explain why the item is being returned, and whether you are requesting an exchange or return.2. When you receive your IRN, carefully repackage the merchandise and include the IRN information. Preferably pack the gift in its original packaging and if possible, include a copy of the original packing slip or receipt. The IRN will also include instructions about where to send the item.
3. For your protection, please return your gift with an insured freight forwarder such as Federal Express, UPS or the United States Post Office. Make sure you insure the shipment for an appropriate amount and retain your receipt. GiftnIdeas is not responsible for return items that are damaged or lost in transit.
4. You will be notified by email when your item has been received and your IRN has been processed.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:
- If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
- If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
- Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
