Shipping Policy
We usually ship each order within 2-3 business days. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete. We ship through USPS and the delivery happens within 5 working days. We ship orders from Monday to Friday for deliveries between Tuesday and Saturday. The exceptions are holidays.

Unfortunately due to the fact that these products are intended for a one time usage and many items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.

Should you receive a damaged item, please call us at 1-651-204-0467 or mail us at with your invoice number. We will send out a replacement at no charge.
When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). - If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.

- Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
