We ship through USPS and the delivery happens within 5 working days. We ship orders from Monday to Friday for deliveries between Tuesday and Saturday. The exceptions are holidays.

When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag).
