- 1. We will deliver your gift basket the next business day if we receive it by 1PM (time in UK). Tuesday through Friday
- 2. If we receive the order after the cut off time, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
- 3. We deliver only the finest quality of gifts and gift baskets through local agents of UK.
- 4. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
- 5. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone i.e., UK
- 6. We use express courier service to deliver your gifts. So, kindly note that if nobody is available at the time of delivery, the shipper may leaver the gift with the neighbour. Please be aware of this.
Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.
