Your gift will be shipped over the ground. It will take 2 to 3 days for shipping and 2 to 5 days for delivery.
Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete. We ship through USPS and the delivery may take 2 more working days
The cut off time is 11 AM (time in usa), We ship orders from Monday to Friday for deliveries between Tuesday and Saturday. The exceptions are holidays.
If we receive the order after that, we will ship your order on the next business day and inform you about it.

Unfortunately due to the fact that these products are intended for a one time usage and many items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.

We are happy to replace any shipment not delivered or any product shipped in error.

When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment. All claims must be made within 2 business days of shipment.
