Shipping Policy

• We deliver the products anywhere within the United States of America
• Shipping costs depend on the type, size and weight of the item.
• We use UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and Freight.
• The "Delivery Estimate" is based on each product and is given at the end of each product description.
• After an order has shipped, you will receive a tracking information via email
  (Note: To speed delivery, shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.)

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.

• For returning any item please contact our customer service agent along with the order id, name, color, size, quantity and model number of the Gift, as well as any serial numbers (if any). They will guide you with the process.
• For further information on returns policy please go through the points below.
• Please inspect your merchandise before printing.
• We cannot accept returns on decorated or washed garments under any circumstances.
• Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.
• Returns due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of the products.There is a minimum restocking fee of $5.00 per order.
• All refused and unclaimed shipments are subject to a $5 restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.
• All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
• No goods will be accepted for return after 10 days from the date of invoice.

Depending on the country of delivery and the type of product our returns policy differs to a small extent. Substitution Policy

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
• Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.
