- 1. We will deliver your order the next business day to all the major cities and within 2 working days for all other cities and towns across UKif we receive it by 2PM (time in UK) Monday through Friday and 11AM (time in UK) on Saturday.

- 4. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
- 5. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone i.e., UK
Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.
