Shipping Policy
- 1. We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 2PM (time in Switzerland) Monday through Friday and 11 AM (time in Switzerland) on Saturday.
- 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about it.
- 3. We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through the best local florists of Switzerland.
- 4. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
- 5. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone i.e., in Switzerland)
Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.
