Once you have decided upon the gift you want to send, click the 'Buy Now' button on the product page. You will be taken to a page where you will be given the option of either logging in and checking out the gift or checking out without logging in, depending on whether you are a registered user or not.
As soon as we ascertain the facts, we will replace your order or refund your money.
Shipping Policy
- 1. We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 2PM (time in Spain) Monday through Friday and 11AM (time in Spain) on Saturday.
- 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about it.

- 4. Your credit card will be charged only after the order is delivered successfully.
