Shipping Policy
- We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 12AM (time in South Africa) Monday through Friday.
- If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform it.
- We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through professional transport services.
- If the recipient cannot be reached, we will leave your order with a neighbour.
- Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
- The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone
Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Return Policy
All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 48 hours of package delivery. All products that are approved for return after 5 days are for order credit only and may incur a 25% cancellation/restocking fee. All products returned must be in the same condition as it was originally delivered by the seller to buyer. Special or custom-made orders are not refundable.

Substitution Policy
While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.
Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.
Items may be substituted in the following cases:
- If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
- If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
- Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
