- 1. We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 2PM (time in Portugal) Monday through Friday and on Saturday 11 AM.
- 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
- 3. We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through professional couriers like DHL or GLS.
- 4. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will leave your order with a neighbour.
- 5. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
- 6. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone
Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
