Shipping Policy
- Your order will be deliver in 4 Working day's if we receive it by 11AM (time in Germany) Monday through Thursday. But,in some circumstances, although rare, it would take more 2 days for delivery.
- If we receive the order after that, we will proses your order next day for delivery within the next 4 days after that.
- Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Return Policy

We are very careful with our shipping - we only ship overnight and we do not ship over the weekend so the gift contents do not spoil. We also only ship top quality gifts to start with.
