• How do I post a gift idea?

Use the scroll-down box on the top right to go to the suitable gift idea category. Once you reach the page that displays the gift idea category in question, click the link Create a new gift idea. That click will take you to a page where you can type in your Name, Country, email address (which will not be displayed), and a heading. Now you are all set to type in your gift idea and thus share it with others.

• Which are the occasions for which I can buy gifts from your site?

You can select gifts for anniversaries, birthdays, Easter, Father's Day, Mother's Day, for expressing gratitude, for showing your loving concern for a friend who is not keeping well, and almost all occasions you can imagine.

Shipping Policy

• 1. We will deliver your order on the same day to all major cities and towns if we receive it by 12PM (time in Philippines)     Monday through Sunday. We Deliver on Sundays also.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about     it.
• 3. We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through the best local florists of     Philippines.
• 4. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 5. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

Return Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the recipient is unhappy with the gift for any reason, then we send them a new one. We rarely - really almost never - have problems with gift quality. We also only ship top quality gifts to start with.

GiftsnIdeas is not responsible for shipping charges incurred when (1) the customer provides an incorrect or outdated address, (2) the gift recipient is on vacation or not home on repeated delivery attempts, or (3) the customer or reseller does not promptly provide a corrected/new delivery address. If the shipper is forced to return a gift to us after 3 delivery attempts for any of the above reasons, the customer will be charged for the shipping and handling (but not for the gift itself). Substitution Policy

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
• Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.
