You don't need to be a registered user in order to send gifts from our site. You may do so without becoming a registered user by making use of the 'Checkout without login' option on the page you are taken to upon clicking the 'Buy Now' button. However, if you want to become a registered user, click the 'Join Now' button on the same page and fill in and submit the information requested for. It is advisable to be a registered user because there are occasional special offers and promotions for registered users.
You can choose the shipping date during the checkout process. After your gift is shipped, it usually takes about 1-3 business days for the gifts to be delivered. Exception are mentioned during the checkout process.
Shipping Policy
- 1. We can deliver same day to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba if orders are received by 10AM. (time in Australia) Monday through Friday. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
- 2. We can deliver next business day to Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth if we receive the order before 3 PM. (time in Australia) Monday through Saturday. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the day after that and inform you about it.
- 3. For hampers that are extra large, we have to ship via road (ground shipping). In such cases, we can deliver same day to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba; next business day to Sydney; we need 2 days to deliver to Canberra, Melbourne; 3 days to Adelaide and 5 days to Perth, Hobart, Darwin.
- 4. We deliver only the finest quality of gift baskets and hamper gifts through professional couriers.
- 5. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will leave your order with a neighbour.
- 6. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
- 7. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone
Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Return Policy
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the recipient is unhappy with the gift for any reason, then we send them a new one. We rarely - really almost never - have problems with gift quality. We are very careful with our shipping - we only ship overnight and we do not ship over the weekend so the gift contents do not spoil. We also only ship top quality gifts to start with.
GiftsnIdeas is not responsible for shipping charges incurred when (1) the customer or reseller provides an incorrect or outdated address, (2) the gift recipient is on vacation or not home on repeated delivery attempts, or (3) the customer or reseller does not promptly provide a corrected/new delivery address. If the transportation company is forced to return a gift to us after 3 delivery attempts for any of the above reasons, the customer or reseller will be charged for the shipping and handling (but not for the gift itself unless it consists of perishable items in which case 50% of the order value will be charged). Giftsnideas.com will resend the gift to a new address at the customer's request if the customer agrees to pay the shipping and handling charge a second time.
