The gift ideas section gives you a chance to share your thoughts about good gift items with
others. It also lets you get ideas about gifts that are appropriate for various occasions.
- Can I select gifts for my friends, my partner, and my parents from your Web site?
Yes, you can select gifts for different kinds of recipients. Use the two drop-down boxes on the
top left to select countries and occasions and that way you will be taken to a page that features
gifts that are appropriate for a variety of occasions and for different kinds of recipients.
- Once I decide to purchase the products, how can I make the payment?
You have three options. You may either use a credit card - Mastercard, Visa, or American Express - or Google Checkout, or pay pal.
- How long does it take for the gifts to be delivered after I place an order?
You can choose the shipping date during the checkout process. After your gift is shipped, it usually takes about 1-3 business days for the gifts to be delivered. Exception are mentioned during the checkout process.
Return Policy
Depending on the country of delivery and the type of product our returns policy differs to a small extent. We have given a detailed returns policy for every product that we deliver and you can refer to this on the product page beside the product description. Our 100% guarantee stands in case of all our products and to all countries and you will be refunded or replaced in case of dissatisfaction.
Substitution Policy
While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.
Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.
Items may be substituted in the following cases:
- If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
- If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
- Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
- Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.
