- How do I post a gift idea?
Use the scroll-down box on the top right to go to the suitable gift idea category. Once you reach
the page that displays the gift idea category in question, click the link Create a new gift idea.
That click will take you to a page where you can type in your Name, Country, email address (which
will not be displayed), and a heading. Now you are all set to type in your gift idea and thus
share it with others.
- Do you have gifts that are appropriate for different occasions?
We have gifts that are ideal for occasions such as Easter, Father's Day, Mother's Day, birthdays,
and anniversaries and a variety of other occasions.
- What are the credit cards that you accept?

- My recipient did not get a gift which looked like the one I had sent. What will you do?
As soon as we ascertain the facts, we will replace your order or refund your money.
Return Policy
Depending on the country of delivery and the type of product our returns policy differs to a small extent. Substitution Policy
While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.
Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.
Items may be substituted in the following cases:
- If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
- If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
- Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
- Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.
