Items are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment being received. Once items are dispatched, regular Australia Post delivery times apply. The majority of our items are sent from Sydney. Delivery may take 4-6 days.

We will replace any damaged items which have been clearly damaged in transit - broken parts and so on - within 30 days of shipment at our cost. - Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
