- How do I select gifts for various kinds of recipients?
Use the scroll-down boxes on the top left for selecting the country and the occasions on which
you can give gifts for different types of recipients.
- I'm not a registered user. But I want to send gifts from your site. What shall I do?
You don't need to be a registered user in order to send gifts from our site. You may do so without becoming a registered user by making use of the 'Checkout without login' option on the page you are taken to upon clicking the 'Buy Now' button. However, if you want to become a registered user, click the 'Join Now' button on the same page and fill in and submit the information requested for. It is advisable to be a registered user because there are occasional special offers and promotions for registered users.
- How long does it take for the gifts to be delivered after I place an order?
You can choose the shipping date during the checkout process. After your gift is shipped, it usually takes about 1-3 business days for the gifts to be delivered. Exception are mentioned during the checkout process.
Return Policy
Depending on the country of delivery and the type of product our returns policy differs to a small extent. We have given a detailed returns policy for every product that we deliver and you can refer to this on the product page beside the product description. Our 100% guarantee stands in case of all our products and to all countries and you will be refunded or replaced in case of dissatisfaction.
Substitution Policy
While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.
Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.
Items may be substituted in the following cases:
- If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
- If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
- Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
- Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.
