Yes, occasionally we have promotional offers. Whenever we have promotional offers, they are
clearly displayed on the top left of the pages in our Web site.

Use the scroll-down box on the top right to go to the suitable gift idea category. Once you reach
the page that displays the gift idea category in question, click the link Create a new gift idea.
That click will take you to a page where you can type in your Name, Country, email address (which
will not be displayed), and a heading. Now you are all set to type in your gift idea and thus
share it with others.
- How do I look for specific items suitable for specific occasions?
You may use the two scroll-down buttons on the top left of every page for selecting the country
and the occasion (such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc.). If you want to look for specific
products you may use the Search box on the right top of every page.
- How do I proceed once I have decided upon what to send?
Once you have decided upon the gift you want to send, click the 'Buy Now' button on the product page. You will be taken to a page where you will be given the option of either logging in and checking out the gift or checking out without logging in, depending on whether you are a registered user or not.
- Suppose I am dissatisfied with your service. What is your policy regarding that?
Dissatisfied customers may contact us either over the phone or by email. If you are dissatisfied with the service, we will replace the order or refund your money back.
