- How can I get to know whether you have discounts for some product/products?
We often have discounts or promotional offers. The special offers can be found on the top left of
our web pages.
- How do I post a gift idea?
Use the scroll-down box on the top right to go to the suitable gift idea category. Once you reach
the page that displays the gift idea category in question, click the link Create a new gift idea.
That click will take you to a page where you can type in your Name, Country, email address (which
will not be displayed), and a heading. Now you are all set to type in your gift idea and thus
share it with others.
- How do I look for specific items suitable for specific occasions?
You may use the two scroll-down buttons on the top left of every page for selecting the country
and the occasion (such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc.). If you want to look for specific
products you may use the Search box on the right top of every page.
- Do I need to login in order to send gifts from your site?
You don't need to login. Registered users select the login and checkout option. Other users may select the checkout without login option. However, we would suggest you to create an account with us as there are occasional special offers for our Registered Users.
- Can you say when exactly the gifts will be delivered after they are shipped?
Generally, it takes 1 to 3 business days after the item is shipped. However, there are special situations when they will take 4 to 5 business days for delivery. Such special cases will be mentioned in the product page.
