• How secure are the transactions?

Your financial transactions with us will be very secure because your credit card and personal details are transmitted over a 256 bit encrypted connection.See our security policy for more details.

• Do you sell products at a discount?

Occasionally we sell some of our products at a discount. Such offers are clearly shown on the top right of our web pages.

• How do I post a gift idea?

Use the scroll-down box on the top right to go to the suitable gift idea category. Once you reach the page that displays the gift idea category in question, click the link Create a new gift idea. That click will take you to a page where you can type in your Name, Country, email address (which will not be displayed), and a heading. Now you are all set to type in your gift idea and thus share it with others.

• How do I look for specific items suitable for specific occasions?

You may use the two scroll-down buttons on the top left of every page for selecting the country and the occasion (such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc.). If you want to look for specific products you may use the Search box on the right top of every page.

• I'm not a registered user. But I want to send gifts from your site. What shall I do?

You don't need to be a registered user in order to send gifts from our site. You may do so without becoming a registered user by making use of the 'Checkout without login' option on the page you are taken to upon clicking the 'Buy Now' button. However, if you want to become a registered user, click the 'Join Now' button on the same page and fill in and submit the information requested for. It is advisable to be a registered user because there are occasional special offers and promotions for registered users.

• Can you say when exactly the gifts will be delivered after they are shipped?

Generally, it takes 1 to 3 business days after the item is shipped. However, there are special situations when they will take 4 to 5 business days for delivery. Such special cases will be mentioned in the product page.

Shipping Policy

• 1. We will deliver your order the next working day to all major cities of Russia and CIS countries viz., Moscow, Kyiv (Kiev), Baku, Yerevan, Minsk, Chisinau, Astana, Bishkek (formerly Frunze), Dushanbe, etc., if we receive it by 2PM (time in Uzbekistan)     Monday through Friday and 11AM (time in Uzbekistan) on Saturday. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about     it.
• 2. It takes 48 hours for delivery to small cities and towns, and in some cases like where the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, it may take 72 hours for delivery.
• 3. We deliver only the finest quality of gifts and gift baskets through local agents in     Uzbekistan. When the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, we may have to use courier service or any other applicable means of transit to deliver the order to your dear ones and hence would take a longer time for delivery in such cases.
• 4. Your credit card will be charged only after the order is delivered successfully.
• 5. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone i.e., in Uzbekistan

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value (especially if the contents of the gift basket are perishable viz., fruits, flowers or cakes) towards material wastage and the shipping/delivery costs.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

Return Policy

GiftnIdeas will gladly replace a gift or refund the credit card used for your purchase within 30 days after you receive your merchandise. The amount refunded is the item price and any applicable sales tax. The shipping fee is not refunded.

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Customer service to obtain an Item Return Number (IRN). You can do this by emailing us or by calling us. If you are requesting an IRN number by email, list the item to be returned, explain why the item is being returned, and whether you are requesting an exchange or return.
2. When you receive your IRN, carefully repackage the merchandise and include the IRN information. Preferably pack the gift in its original packaging and if possible, include a copy of the original packing slip or receipt. The IRN will also include instructions about where to send the item.
3. For your protection, please return your gift with an insured freight forwarder such as Federal Express, UPS or the United States Post Office. Make sure you insure the shipment for an appropriate amount and retain your receipt. GiftnIdeas is not responsible for return items that are damaged or lost in transit.
4. You will be notified by email when your item has been received and your IRN has been processed.

Depending on the country of delivery and the type of product our returns policy differs to a small extent. We have given a detailed returns policy for every product that we deliver and you can refer to this on the product page beside the product description. Our 100% guarantee stands in case of all our products and to all countries and you will be refunded or replaced in case of dissatisfaction.

Substitution Policy

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
• Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.
