  • Yes, you can select gifts for different kinds of recipients. Use the two drop-down boxes on the top left to select countries and occasions and that way you will be taken to a page that features gifts that are appropriate for a variety of occasions and for different kinds of recipients.

  • Do I need to login in order to send gifts from your site?
  • You don't need to login. Registered users select the login and checkout option. Other users may select the checkout without login option. However, we would suggest you to create an account with us as there are occasional special offers for our Registered Users.

  • I live in the United States. Can I send gifts to other countries?
  • Yes, presently we cater to four countries. The drop-down box on the top left of our web pages lists the countries we cater to.

Shipping Policy

  • We will deliver your order the Next Day to all major cities of Russia and CIS countries viz., Moscow, Kyiv (Kiev), Baku, Yerevan, Minsk, Chisinau, Astana, Bishkek (formerly Frunze), Dushanbe, etc., if we receive it by 2PM (time in Kazakhstan)     Tuesday through Saturday (time in Kazakhstan) . If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about     it.
  • It takes 48 hours for delivery to small cities and towns, and in some cases like where the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, it may take 72 hours for delivery.
  • We deliver only the finest quality of gifts and gift baskets through local agents in     Kazakhstan. When the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, we may have to use courier service or any other applicable means of transit to deliver the order to your dear ones and hence would take a longer time for delivery in such cases.
  • Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
  • The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone i.e., in Kazakhstan

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value (especially if the contents of the gift basket are perishable viz., fruits, flowers or cakes) towards material wastage and the shipping/delivery costs.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

Return Policy

GiftnIdeas will gladly replace a gift or refund the credit card used for your purchase within 30 days after you receive your merchandise. The amount refunded is the item price and any applicable sales tax. The shipping fee is not refunded.

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Customer service to obtain an Item Return Number (IRN). You can do this by emailing us or by calling us. If you are requesting an IRN number by email, list the item to be returned, explain why the item is being returned, and whether you are requesting an exchange or return.
2. When you receive your IRN, carefully repackage the merchandise and include the IRN information. Preferably pack the gift in its original packaging and if possible, include a copy of the original packing slip or receipt. The IRN will also include instructions about where to send the item.
3. For your protection, please return your gift with an insured freight forwarder such as Federal Express, UPS or the United States Post Office. Make sure you insure the shipment for an appropriate amount and retain your receipt. GiftnIdeas is not responsible for return items that are damaged or lost in transit.
4. You will be notified by email when your item has been received and your IRN has been processed.

Substitution Policy

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

  • If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
  • If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
  • Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
