Shipping Policy
- 1. We will ship your order on the same day if we receive it by 11AM (time in Italy) Monday through Thursday and it would normally be delivered the next day. But,in some circumstances, although rare, it would take 2 days for delivery.
- 2. If we receive the order after that, we will ship it the next day for delivery within the next 2 days after that.
- 3.Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
- 4. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone
Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Return Policy
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the recipient is unhappy with the gift for any reason, then we send them a new one. We rarely - really almost never - have problems with gift quality. We are very careful with our shipping - we only ship overnight and we do not ship over the weekend so the gift contents do not spoil. We also only ship top quality gifts to start with.
GiftsnIdeas is not responsible for shipping charges incurred when (1) the customer or reseller provides an incorrect or outdated address, (2) the gift recipient is on vacation or not home on repeated delivery attempts, or (3) the customer or reseller does not promptly provide a corrected/new delivery address. If the transportation company is forced to return a gift to us after 3 delivery attempts for any of the above reasons, the customer or reseller will be charged for the shipping and handling (but not for the gift itself unless it consists of perishable items in which case 50% of the order value will be charged). Giftsnideas.com will resend the gift to a new address at the customer's request if the customer agrees to pay the shipping and handling charge a second time.

Substitution Policy
While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.
Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.
Items may be substituted in the following cases:
- If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
- If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
- Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
