That click will take you to a page where you can type in your Name, Country, email address (which will not be displayed), and a heading. Yes, we have gifts that are appropriate for many occasions. On the top left of every page, there are scroll-down boxes using which you can select countries and occasions.

Do I need to login in order to send gifts from your site?

You don't need to login. Registered users select the login and checkout option. Other users may select the checkout without login option. However, we would suggest you to create an account with us as there are occasional special offers for our Registered Users.

Do I need to meet the shipping costs?

Yes. There is an additional cost for shipping based on the type of delivery. (Usually less than $10)

Your order will be deliver in 4 Working day's if we receive it by 11AM (time in Netherlands) Monday through Thursday. But,in some circumstances, although rare, it would take more 2 days for delivery.
If we receive the order after that, we will proses your order next day for delivery within the next 4 days after that.
Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.

Return Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the recipient is unhappy with the gift for any reason, then we send them a new one. We rarely - really almost never - have problems with gift quality. We are very careful with our shipping - we only ship overnight and we do not ship over the weekend so the gift contents do not spoil. We also only ship top quality gifts to start with.

GiftsnIdeas is not responsible for shipping charges incurred when (1) the customer or reseller provides an incorrect or outdated address, (2) the gift recipient is on vacation or not home on repeated delivery attempts, or (3) the customer or reseller does not promptly provide a corrected/new delivery address. If the transportation company is forced to return a gift to us after 3 delivery attempts for any of the above reasons, the customer or reseller will be charged for the shipping and handling (but not for the gift itself unless it consists of perishable items in which case 50% of the order value will be charged). Giftsnideas.com will resend the gift to a new address at the customer's request if the customer agrees to pay the shipping and handling charge a second time.

If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.

Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
