Chardonnay makes the principle white wine of Burgundy (France), where it originated. Chardonnay is versatile and is grown with success in most viticultural areas under a variety of climatic conditions.
Typical taste of the different types of chardonnay: voluptuous. Chardonnay wines are often wider-bodied (and more velvety) than other types of dry whites, with rich citrus (lemon, grapefruit) flavors. Fermenting in new oak barrels adds a buttery tone (vanilla, toast, coconut, toffee). Burgundy whites can taste very different.
The familiar Sauvignon Blanc brings aromas, flavors and crispness while Semillon, the key component of the great sweet white Bordeaux of Sauternes and Barsac, gives these wines more substance and age-worthiness than a 100% Sauvignon. This wine is a blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Semillon, harvested at low yields. After the grapes are harvested by hand, an extended skin-contact maceration takes place. This extracts more flavor from the grapes and creates a more substantial, fruity wine. The wine is then vinified at low temperatures for 3 weeks before being matured on its lees for 3 months. Pale yellow color with floral aromas and with hints of citrus and green apple. Sauvignon dominates on the nose. Rich on the palate with good acidity. A long, fresh finish. A great summer drink or aperitif. This wine will pair nicely with oysters, shellfish, chicken or salads. Can keep for another couple years.

Shipping Policy
- We will deliver your order on the Next day if we receive it by 3PM UK Monday through Saturday.
- If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
- We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements and gift baskets through the best local florists/supplier of UK.
Exceptions to Next Day Delivery: For Monday Deliveries orders have to be placed on Saturday (before 3PM). - Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
- The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone
Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.
