Shipping Policy
- We will deliver your order on the Next day if we receive it by 3PM UK Monday through Saturday.
- If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
- We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements and gift baskets through the best local florists/supplier of UK.
Exceptions to Next Day Delivery: For Monday Deliveries orders have to be placed on Saturday (before 3PM). - Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.

- Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
