• Do you sell products at a discount?

Occasionally we sell some of our products at a discount. Such offers are clearly shown on the top right of our web pages.

• How do I post a gift idea?

Use the scroll-down box on the top right to go to the suitable gift idea category. Once you reach the page that displays the gift idea category in question, click the link Create a new gift idea. That click will take you to a page where you can type in your Name, Country, email address (which will not be displayed), and a heading. Now you are all set to type in your gift idea and thus share it with others.

• How do I select gifts for various kinds of recipients?

Use the scroll-down boxes on the top left for selecting the country and the occasions on which you can give gifts for different types of recipients.

• Do I need to login in order to send gifts from your site?

You don't need to login. Registered users select the login and checkout option. Other users may select the checkout without login option. However, we would suggest you to create an account with us as there are occasional special offers for our Registered Users.

• My recipient did not get a gift which looked like the one I had sent. What will you do?

As soon as we ascertain the facts, we will replace your order or refund your money.

Shipping Policy

• We will deliver your order on the Same day if we receive it by 11AM UK Monday through Saturday.
• If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
• We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements and gift baskets through the best local florists/supplier of UK.
  Exceptions to Same Day Delivery: For Monday Deliveries orders have to be placed on Saturday (before 11AM).
• Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

Return Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the recipient is unhappy with the gift for any reason, then we send them a new one. We rarely - really almost never - have problems with gift quality. We are very careful with our shipping - we only ship overnight and we do not ship over the weekend so the gift contents do not spoil. We also only ship top quality gifts to start with.

GiftsnIdeas is not responsible for shipping charges incurred when (1) the customer or reseller provides an incorrect or outdated address, (2) the gift recipient is on vacation or not home on repeated delivery attempts, or (3) the customer or reseller does not promptly provide a corrected/new delivery address. If the transportation company is forced to return a gift to us after 3 delivery attempts for any of the above reasons, the customer or reseller will be charged for the shipping and handling (but not for the gift itself). Giftsnideas.com will resend the gift to a new address at the customer's request if the customer agrees to pay the shipping and handling charge a second time.

Depending on the country of delivery and the type of product our returns policy differs to a small extent. We have given a detailed returns policy for every product that we deliver and you can refer to this on the product page beside the product description. Substitution Policy

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
• Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.
