- 1. Your order will be deliver in 4 Working day's if we receive it by 11AM (time in Austria) Monday through Thursday. But,in some circumstances, although rare, it would take more 2 days for delivery.
- 2. If we receive the order after that, we will proses your order next day for delivery within the next 4 days after that.

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.

If the transportation company is forced to return a gift to us after 3 delivery attempts for any of the above reasons, the customer or reseller will be charged for the shipping and handling (but not for the gift itself unless it consists of perishable items in which case 50% of the order value will be charged).
