Shipping Policy
We usually ship each order within 2-3 business days. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete. We ship through USPS and the delivery happens within 5 working days. We ship orders from Monday to Friday for deliveries between Tuesday and Saturday. The exceptions are holidays.

Unfortunately due to the fact that these products are intended for a one time usage and many items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.
We are happy to replace any shipment not delivered or any product shipped in error.

When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag).
