- If the recipient cannot be reached, we will leave your order with a neighbour.
- Your credit card will be charged only after the order is delivered successfully.

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
