Generally, it takes 1 to 3 business days after the item is shipped. However, there are special situations when they will take 4 to 5 business days for delivery. Such special cases will be mentioned in the product page.
Shipping Policy
- 1. We will deliver your order in 2 working days if we receive your order before 1 PM (time in USA) Monday through Saturday.
- 2. The gift baskets containing fruits will be delivered by Next Day Air so that the fruits are delivered fresh.
- 3. The gift baskets containing chocolates will be substituted with candies as they may melt due to heat during transit, (The chocolate substitutions only apply from June through September when it is too hot to ship chocolates.)
- 4. The orders placed within the cut off time will take 2dyas to be delivered.
- 5. If we receive the order after that, we will ship it the next business day and it will be delivered within the next 2days.
- 6. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will deliver the gift to a neighbor.
- 7. Any orders placed during the week prior and during a holiday will ship the first Tuesday after the holiday itself.
- 8. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
- 9. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone
Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
