Shipping Policy

We usually ship each order within 2-3 business days. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete. We ship through USPS and the delivery happens within 5 working days. We ship orders from Monday to Friday for deliveries between Tuesday and Saturday. The exceptions are holidays.

NOTE: We cannot add a personalized gift message with this product

Return Policy

Unfortunately due to the fact that these products are intended for a one time usage and many items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.

We are happy to replace any shipment not delivered or any product shipped in error.

Should you receive a damaged item, please call us at 1-651-204-0467 or mail us at with your invoice number. We will send out a replacement at no charge.

When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment. All claims must be made within 2 business days of shipment.

Depending on the country of delivery and the type of product our returns policy differs to a small extent.
