Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.

Return Policy

If the shipper is forced to return a gift to us after 3 delivery attempts for any of the above reasons, the customer will be charged for the shipping and handling (but not for the gift itself).   • If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.

  • Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
