• Which are the occasions for which I can buy gifts from your site?

You can select gifts for anniversaries, birthdays, Easter, Father's Day, Mother's Day, for expressing gratitude, for showing your loving concern for a friend who is not keeping well, and almost all occasions you can imagine.

• I'm not a registered user. But I want to send gifts from your site. What shall I do?

You don't need to be a registered user in order to send gifts from our site. You may do so without becoming a registered user by making use of the 'Checkout without login' option on the page you are taken to upon clicking the 'Buy Now' button. However, if you want to become a registered user, click the 'Join Now' button on the same page and fill in and submit the information requested for. • How long does it take for the gifts to be delivered after I place an order?

You can choose the shipping date during the checkout process. After your gift is shipped, it usually takes about 1-3 business days for the gifts to be delivered. Exception are mentioned during the checkout process.

Substitution Policy

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
• Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.
