• How secure are the transactions?

• Do you sell products at a discount?

Occasionally we sell some of our products at a discount. Such offers are clearly shown on the top right of our web pages.

• What is the purpose of the gift ideas section?

The gift ideas section gives you a chance to share your thoughts about good gift items with others. It also lets you get ideas about gifts that are appropriate for various occasions.

• How can I locate the right gifts for the right persons?

The drop down boxes on the top left may be used for selecting the country and the gift occasion. The connection between gift occasions and recipients is transparent.

• Once I decide to purchase the products, how can I make the payment?

You have three options. You may either use a credit card - Mastercard, Visa, or American Express - or Google Checkout, or pay pal.

• Can you say when exactly the gifts will be delivered after they are shipped?

Generally, it takes 1 to 3 business days after the item is shipped. However, there are special situations when they will take 4 to 5 business days for delivery. Such special cases will be mentioned in the product page.

Shipping Policy

• 1. We will deliver your order the next working day to all major cities of Russia and CIS countries viz., Moscow, Kyiv (Kiev), Baku, Yerevan, Minsk, Chisinau, Astana, Bishkek (formerly Frunze), Dushanbe, etc., if we receive it by 2PM (time in Russia)     Monday through Friday and 11AM (time in Russia) on Saturday. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about     it.
• 2. It takes 48 hours for delivery to small cities and towns, and in some cases like where the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, it may take 72 hours for delivery.
• 3. We deliver only the finest quality of gifts and gift baskets through local agents in     Russia. When the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, we may have to use courier service or any other applicable means of transit to deliver the order to your dear ones and hence would take a longer time for delivery in such cases.
• 4. Your credit card will be charged only after the order is delivered successfully.
• 5. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone i.e., in Russia

Return Policy

GiftnIdeas will gladly replace a gift or refund the credit card used for your purchase within 30 days after you receive your merchandise. The amount refunded is the item price and any applicable sales tax. The shipping fee is not refunded.

Substitution Policy

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
• Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.
