Now you are all set to type in your gift idea and thus share it with others.

  • How do I select gifts for various kinds of recipients?
  • Use the scroll-down boxes on the top left for selecting the country and the occasions on which you can give gifts for different types of recipients.

  • How do I proceed once I have decided upon what to send?
  • Once you have decided upon the gift you want to send, click the 'Buy Now' button on the product page. You will be taken to a page where you will be given the option of either logging in and checking out the gift or checking out without logging in, depending on whether you are a registered user or not.

  • How long does it take for the gifts to be delivered after I place an order?
  • You can choose the shipping date during the checkout process. After your gift is shipped, it usually takes about 1-3 business days for the gifts to be delivered. Exception are mentioned during the checkout process.

Shipping Policy

  • 1. We will deliver your order in 2 working days if we receive your order before 1 PM (time in USA)     Monday through Saturday.
  • 2. The gift baskets containing fruits will be delivered by Next Day Air so that the fruits are delivered fresh.
  • 3. The gift baskets containing chocolates will be substituted with candies as they may melt due to heat during transit, (The chocolate substitutions only apply from June through September when it is too hot to ship chocolates.)
  • 4. The orders placed within the cut off time will take 2dyas to be delivered.
  • 5. If we receive the order after that, we will ship it the next business day and it will be delivered within the next 2days.
  • 6. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will deliver the gift to a neighbor.
  • 7. Any orders placed during the week prior and during a holiday will ship the first Tuesday after the holiday itself.
  • 8. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
  • 9. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.

Substitution Policy

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.

  • If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
  • If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
  • Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
