Shipping Policy
- 1. The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 3PM EST for all flower bouquets and floral arrangements as well as plant gifts, Tuesday through Saturday. For gift baskets, the cut-off time is 1 PM EST.
- 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
- 3. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will deliver the flowers to a neighbour.
- 4.Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
- 5. This product is delivered via Overnight Courier (Fedex). All the next day delivery flowers by Fedex are delivered fresh directly from the growers in an insulated gift box with a free vase.
- 6. Please note that the free vase is a basic cylindrical vase and is not the one shown in the image. The vase shown in the image comes as an add-on at an additional price.
- 6. Please also note that any changes and cancellations will not be accepted if your order has been shipped with Fedex for delivery.
Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.

- Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
