Now you are all set to type in your gift idea and thus share it with others.

How can I locate the right gifts for the right persons?

The drop down boxes on the top left may be used for selecting the country and the gift occasion. The connection between gift occasions and recipients is transparent.

Once I decide to purchase the products, how can I make the payment?

You have three options. You may either use a credit card - Mastercard, Visa, or American Express - or Google Checkout, or pay pal.

I live in the United States. Can I send gifts to other countries?

Shipping Policy

1. The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 3PM EST for all flower bouquets and floral arrangements as well as plant gifts, Tuesday through Saturday. For gift baskets, the cut-off time is 1 PM EST.
2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
3. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will deliver the flowers to a neighbour.
4.Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
5. This product is delivered via Overnight Courier (Fedex). All the next day delivery flowers by Fedex are delivered fresh directly from the growers in an insulated gift box with a free vase.
6. Please note that the free vase is a basic cylindrical vase and is not the one shown in the image. The vase shown in the image comes as an add-on at an additional price.
6. Please also note that any changes and cancellations will not be accepted if your order has been shipped with Fedex for delivery.

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.

If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.

Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
