How do I post a gift idea?

Use the scroll-down box on the top right to go to the suitable gift idea category. Once you reach the page that displays the gift idea category in question, click the link Create a new gift idea. That click will take you to a page where you can type in your Name, Country, email address (which will not be displayed), and a heading. Now you are all set to type in your gift idea and thus share it with others.

Do you have gifts that are appropriate for different occasions?

We have gifts that are ideal for occasions such as Easter, Father's Day, Mother's Day, birthdays, and anniversaries and a variety of other occasions.

Do I need to login in order to send gifts from your site?

You don't need to login. Registered users select the login and checkout option. Other users may select the checkout without login option. However, we would suggest you to create an account with us as there are occasional special offers for our Registered Users.

How long does it take for the gifts to be delivered after I place an order?

You can choose the shipping date during the checkout process. After your gift is shipped, it usually takes about 1-3 business days for the gifts to be delivered. Exception are mentioned during the checkout process.

Shipping Policy

We usually ship each order within 2-3 business days. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete. We ship through USPS and the delivery happens within 5 working days. We ship orders from Monday to Friday for deliveries between Tuesday and Saturday. The exceptions are holidays.

NOTE: We cannot add a personalized gift message with this product

Return Policy

Unfortunately due to the fact that these products are intended for a one time usage and many items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.

We are happy to replace any shipment not delivered or any product shipped in error.

Should you receive a damaged item, please call us at 1-651-204-0467 or mail us at with your invoice number. We will send out a replacement at no charge.

When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment. All claims must be made within 2 business days of shipment.

Depending on the country of delivery and the type of product our returns policy differs to a small extent. We have given a detailed returns policy for every product that we deliver and you can refer to this on the product page beside the product description. Our 100% guarantee stands in case of all our products and to all countries and you will be refunded or replaced in case of dissatisfaction.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
