Can you say when exactly the gifts will be delivered after they are shipped?

Generally, it takes 1 to 3 business days after the item is shipped. However, there are special situations when they will take 4 to 5 business days for delivery. Such special cases will be mentioned in the product page.

We will deliver your order the next day (the delivery is possible same day in Sofia) if we receive it by 2PM (time in Bulgaria) Monday through Friday and 11AM (time in Bulgaria) on Saturday.
If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about it.
We deliver only the finest quality of gifts and gift baskets through local agents of Bulgaria.
Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.
